Life Star Driving School
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Life Star Driving School website and services.
By accessing our website, booking services, or enrolling in any program, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or a parent/guardian granting permission for a minor.
2. Services Provided
Life Star Driving School provides:
- Teen driver education
- Behind-the-Wheel training
- Classroom and online instruction
- Permit and road test preparation
All services comply with Minnesota DPS regulations.
3. Program Enrollment
Enrollment requires:
- Accurate personal information
- Payment (when applicable)
- Parent/guardian authorization for minors
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel enrollment for safety or policy reasons.
4. Payment & Refund Policy
Payments must be completed prior to class participation.
Refunds follow the written policy provided at checkout and may be subject to administrative fees.
5. Scheduling & Cancellations
- Students must arrive on time to classes and BTW sessions.
- A minimum 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule BTW appointments.
- Missed lessons without notice may incur rescheduling or no-show fees.
6. Student Responsibilities
Students must:
- Follow all instructor directions
- Behave safely and respectfully
- Bring required identification (permit, license, etc.)
- Comply with Minnesota driving laws
Failure to comply may result in dismissal from the program.
7. Instructor & Vehicle Safety
All instructors are licensed by the state of Minnesota.
Training vehicles have dual controls and meet required safety standards.
8. Website Use
Users agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Disrupt website functionality
- Misuse content or intellectual property
- Upload harmful or illegal material
All content on this site is owned by Life Star Driving School and protected under copyright laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
Life Star Driving School is not liable for:
- Improper use of information provided
- Personal injury outside of supervised instruction
- Lost, stolen, or damaged personal property
- Third-party service failures
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the enrolled program.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts or deny services for violation of these terms.
